The building is totally charming and rooms are well-appointed; the
perfect mix of sleek and modern with the right amount of local touches.
Clean and very cute, a lot of effort was obviously put into this hotel.
Breakfast was very tasty with homemade croissants, champagne for mimosas
and good omlettes and cold cuts.

1st of all the staff are excellent , helpful & friendly . location is perfect right in the heart of the old city . the rooms are clean , spacious & very modern . plenty of shops .bar & restaurants near by also i would stay here again with out hesitation -

Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Iva was a fantastic host and showed us the best restaurants. She also helped me print a document which I needed urgently. Very good experience at her cosy apartment complete with a kitchenette for light cooking. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, she didn't have available apartments but she helped us find an equally good apartment in the next street. Superb location, very near the main Cathedral. Even we were only two, we prefered to stay here (the apartment is very large and has a seperate room for another two). The apartment was great, excellent location and very spacious. It was an absolute bargain for what it was. The balcony overlooks part of the historic wall, could not have been better! We only stayed one night but would have been suitable for a longer stay as it had a washing machine and a great kitchen.
