  The personnel was very helpful, kind and flexible with all our requests. The dara apartment that we were accommodated into was on a great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable and with some lovely designs and details. It was fully equipped, in terms of kitchen appliances, coffee machine, washing machine, dish-washer, iron with ironing board,... was die leute sagen » vacuum, blow-drier, etc. There was a parking area nearby for only 5 eur per 24 hours (recommended by the personnel with 3 other parking areas). Hotel is 10 meters from the main street in the city and nearby all clubs, bars, restaurants. the interior is brand new, with good beds, a high quality living room (incl. large TV), full kitchen with oven, large fridge, freezer, waterboiler, microwave, coffee machine etc.) in a secure and quite neighbourhood. There are excellent restaurants within 20 seconds walking distance!

The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp - The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.
