  Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Our executive double room was fantastic! Big comfy beds. Clean bedding and towels every day. Big balcony. Nice bathroom/wetroom. Good quiet aircon in room. All windows opened. Double aspect room. Lovely big room. Some friends were staying at the St Petersburg 5* hotel. The Park View Hotel was better for half the pr - Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies) Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.

  Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.

  Loved the visit to Plovdiv. Very nice old city. Hotel was in a good location. Staff were very friendly and were able to help me organise my onward journey to Istanbul. Facilities in the hotel were good. I used the gym, restaurant and lobby bar. I'd recommend a visit to the History Museum in addition to visting the old town. Perhaps if they were paying the full rack rate for the rooms they might feel they were getting poor value for money.
