  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und korrekt. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und das ganze Hotel war sehr ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich mit allen Einrichtungen:Sauna, Ruheraum, Duschen, Fitnessgeräte usw. sehr sauber und gepflegt.   I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel.
