  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern.   Das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und korrekt. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und das ganze Hotel war sehr ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich mit allen Einrichtungen:Sauna, Ruheraum, Duschen, Fitnessgeräte usw. sehr sauber und gepflegt.
