  We had a great stay in Hotel Alpin, occupying one of the chalets with 2 young kids for 6 summer nights. The chalet itself was simple, but clean and reasonably spacious. Staff was excellent, always smiling and helpful. On top of that, majority could speak English so we had no problems getting around.   We made a trip to the Euphoria Club Hotel & Spa this past weekend and it was amazing. We received a good deal since it’s off season from the winter months. The rooms are wonderful and best linens I’ve seen in Bulgaria. The spa was great with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Take a trip into Borovets it’s quiet but very - The hotel is very nice decorated and brand new, with very large rooms. -The prices of the food and drinks are very good -Breakfast is fine (my wife would like more sweets but for me eggs, bacon, cheese etc are perfect) -The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The spa is very nice and enjoyed the massage very much after 4 days of skiing.

They had a nice outdoor jacuzzi with views to the mountains which we relaxed in after our days walking.   Very nice personel, no problem with speaking in english. Rooms very clean and comfortable, everything looks nice and is new. in kitchen aneks there was even everything which is needed to cook.
