  Fantastic holiday! We had a brilliant holiday! The room was tidy and clean, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive.Our first visit to Bansko was unforgettable!We will be definitely back! - it is near the gondola

  I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids.   The superior studio where I stayed w/ kids 10 and 15 yrs old, and my two parents were excellent...The furniture, the beds, the kitchen..the heating in the studio.. Everyth was perfect.The hotel itself is completely new and it needs some "tunning" regarding the spa..which is consisted of small sauna..for now...Never the less..the place is great ...... was die leute sagen » The village Banya with the mineral springs is only 2km away as well as the Bansko city where is the ski gondola that brings you to the ski slopes and - Staff are very friendly
