  Staff was very friendly. They even made us breakfast to go the day we were leaving coz it was early. You need to give them half hour warning to turn on the sauna, steam-bath and jacuzzi, which is cool. Rooms were warm and there was always hot water. Great location. Definately value for money. I would stay there again. - The staff was willing to help you. E.g. I had some questions about public transport by bus to Sofia and they immediatly answerde my quetsion by searching on internet and offerde me to bring me to the busstation. The room was good and there was a big choice of food while having breakfest. One evening I ate at the restaurant which was also really good. The Teddy House is an nice not to big place to stay!

  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:).   Excellent! Magical! Astonishing! I must say that I have visited many hotels in my life and i don't remember having stayed at a more cosy and pleasant hotel. The service was outstanding, the food even better, the rooms are massive, and very home-like. Don't be fooled! there is no comparison with the other hotels whatsoever! Pure affordable luxury! - Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!
