  Though I was in and out of the room frequently throughout the day, the cleaning staff managed to slip in and tidy without me catching them or having to leave. The room was always immaculate. Despite there being a band playing downstairs over the weekend I was not disturbed in the room by the sound. There was a bottle shop and food stores close ... was die leute sagen » by and the room service menu was adequate and reasonably priced. - My wife and i were pleasantly surprised at the location of the Hotel and its closness and proximity to things, Wehad lunch at the hotel and that was great we also spent the afternoon in the hotel in the gaming lounge where we found it very relaxing overall a great place to stay.

  Owners Jason & Tanya were very friendly and excellent hosts. They could not do enough for my wife and myself during our 6 day stay at their motel. Located in a nice quiet spot the motel was still easily accessible to the banks, woolworths, coles and restaurants. We will certainly stay there when we next visit Cowra.   It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite. The staff were so friendly and helpful and our whole experience was just wonderful - we actually enjoyed our room more than the Pink concert we came down to see!!   I liked that the room looked exactly like the picture - it was clean, beds made nicely, room was modern and had a fresh feel. The breakfast was great, had a wide selection of food and the dining area was nicely furnished.   I was pleasantly surprised by this place.It was very comfortable, friendly and clean. The room actually looked better than in the pictures, that is very rare. We came with a four months old baby, and we felt very welcome. They provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.   The staff were amazing. After being delayed for a flight from my home town to Newcastle to pick up a car i called the motel to let them know we wouldn't arrive until midnight. (as we were driving down to Melbourne ) She was so friendly and said she would leave the key out for us. Would definitely stay there again. - We where looking for a motel in this area as a stop over from Sydney to Melbourne, after we visited the Blue mountains in the afternoon. The Colonial Lodge is a perfect stop for this. The rooms and the bath was refurbished and we had everything we need. Everything was perfect clean and the parking is just in front of the rooms. The owners are really friendly an help out with every information you would need.
