Though I was in and out of the room frequently throughout the day, the cleaning staff managed to slip in and tidy without me catching them or having to leave. The room was always immaculate. Despite there being a band playing downstairs over the weekend I was not disturbed in the room by the sound. There was a bottle shop and food stores close

My wife and i were pleasantly surprised at the location of the Hotel and its closness and proximity to things,
Wehad lunch at the hotel and that was great we also spent the afternoon in the hotel in the gaming lounge where we found it very relaxing overall a great place to stay.

Owners Jason & Tanya were very friendly and excellent hosts. They could not do enough for my wife and myself during our 6 day stay at their motel. Located in a nice quiet spot the motel was still easily accessible to the banks, woolworths, coles and restaurants. We will certainly stay there when we next visit Cowra. Full marks to you Jason &am

We have stayed here a few times, and have just had another 2 nights. it is sad to constantly read the poor reviews the hotel gets. Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax. The staff here are excellent and do go out of there way to really hel

Was at RPA for surgery. Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. Made sure Management knew how good she was & left her a box of chocolates. Re-booked for next hospital stay as this was our 3rd stay & we

It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite.

we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite and it was just magnificent - the room, the cleanliness, the views, everything!! The staff were so friendly and helpful and our whole experience was just wonderful - we actually enjoyed our room more than the Pink concert we came down to see!! Thanks for the wonderful experience!! -

I liked that the room looked exactly like the picture - it was clean, beds made nicely, room was modern and had a fresh feel. The breakfast was great, had a wide selection of food and the dining area was nicely furnished. Overall the hotel seemed modern, friendly and inviting, and I would definitely return. -

I was pleasantly surprised by this place.It was very comfortable, friendly and clean. The room actually looked better than in the pictures, that is very rare. Loved the huge apartment - bed was Sooo comfortable. Bathroom was big enough with lovely big shower eith great water pressure . Loads of kitchen utensils . Easy to eat out or eat in with a bbq area downstairs .Loved the spa and pool area. Great Location. Easily walking distance to everything !

This hotel is very modern and e trembly we'll equipped. It has all the facilities one could expect and more. There are two pools adjacent to each other, one open air and the other covered. We where looking for a motel in this area as a stop over from Sydney to
Melbourne, after we visited the Blue mountains in the afternoon. The
Colonial Lodge is a perfect stop for this. The rooms and the bath was
refurbished and we had everything we need. Everything was perfect clean
and the parking is just in front of the rooms. The owners are really
friendly an help out with every information you would need.
