  From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The restaurant was first class - and even though I have a food ... was die leute sagen » intolerance issue the staff were sufficiently caring to ensure that I did not suffer any ill effects. - The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

I was a bit perturbed about being met in the street as the apartment I was in was not administered by the reception or management of the building, but this did not prove to be any issue at all in the end. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.

  The location was fantastic, bang in the middle of Rundle Mall with plenty of shops close by, and a good range of pubs and restaurants in relatively close proximity (ie about a 200 meter walk up Rundle Street). This hotel ticket all of the boxes. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroo - The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.

  The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Care was taken to explain how the parking system worked, and this was easy to understand. The view to the coast was marvellous. The wet areas were sparking clean and the room facilities were modern and easy to use. Special mention should goto Melissa and Tash. As a family we have travelled extensively interstate and internationally. Staff make all the difference. We will be back. The flats were so central to everything. We hired a car but didn't need it while in Adelaide itself - only when we went to the Barossa Valley. We wanted to spend last day in the city and the hotel organised for the CBD quest to mind our baggage so we didn't need to come back before heading to airport. Mawson Lakes is very nice too.

Having a full kitchen and washing machine was great when travelling with a toddler. Our package stated not serviced due to the cheap price, but our room was serviced every day anyway - nice surprise. The hotel is central to everything - we left the car in the carpark and walked to the zoo and around the city on several days.
