  Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, straight across the road from Glenelg beach. The road in front of the apartment is pedestrians only - no traffic other than cycles so very peaceful.The complex has some very interesting nautical items outside which gives the place plenty of character.   Very clean and well appointed. Very nice kitchen for self catering. Liked the snack packs - a life saver (!) and the plunger coffee was wonderful - a nice touch. The flats were so central to everything. We hired a car but didn't need it while in Adelaide itself - only when we went to the Barossa Valley. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful.   From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.
