  Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  loved the lady who greeted us - obliging, nothing too much trouble, even though we were a little later than expected loved the way the curtains covered all of the windows and therefore kept most of the light out liked the shortbread biscuits!!! - I liked that it was clean even when the furniture and other facilities were not brand spanking new.
