  The lobby was roomy with a fireplace. We enjoyed having doors opening out to the courtyard also with a nice individual patio and outdoor furniture with each of our rooms.   The staff was very kind and easy to talk to if I needed anything. I had free high speed internet, was able to do laundry, and they provided a list of restaurants that delivered. The room was well worth the money. I was very comfortable. - The staff was very accomodating and friendly!

  I'm always happy when I stay at a Westin. The staff at the Westin Northwest was very helpful and nice. I ended up over sleeping and had to scramble down for breakfast and got there 2 minutes before it closed and the staff in the resturant was so helpful, gathering my drinks while I put food in a to go container so that I could bring it back to my ... 别人怎么说 » room. The hotel room was spotless and I had plenty of towels in my room from the start. - we got off to a late start from minneapolis to chicago, gave them a call about the late check-in loved the fact it was no problem! we checked in at 1a.m. stressfree! it was so comfortable we all were very well rested for our big weekend!
