I loved the indoor pool area for the kids and the free water park passes. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the stay. I also loved the fact we could watch free movies in the lounge area in the hotel. I already booked our second trip for my grand daughter's 5th birthday. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!. Very cost friendly compared to most other hotels in the Dells and still have a good atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the small water park so we didn't need to spend a fortune. The location is good and centrally located to the activities in the Dells.
所有评语 » I was very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. The pool areas were a wonderful surprise. The hot tub was a little too hot though. I will recommend the Concord Inn and I will stay there again if in the Dells!. I like the comfort and the friendly worker who let us have our room early because we didnt realize that check in was at 3 the beautiful water area and the fact that we were the only ones there :). This was our second time staying here. The room was clean and fresh. We enjoyed the pool and kiddie water area. The free water passes was awesome. The location is nice. The Concord Inn was a great stay. Fair price for the quality. Great indoor and outdoor pool. Free tickets to the Chula Vista was a plus! I would come back. Very close to Waterparks, great parking,nice pool, friendly staff, quiet rooms, awsome ticket prices for Noah's Ark and other park tickets available!. The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pools were great. The pool area was great for the whole family. Indoor pool Hot tub. The Pool. The indoor waterpark was the perfect size for young children. Had a much better time there than we did at the large parks. The facilities were great for our grandchildren... the complimentary passes were great. Clean room. Staff was friendly. clean rooms' swimming pool clean everything work the way it was supposed to. The front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and nice. location, swimming facilities, friendly at front desk. Good location, nice pool area and friendly staff. -Location -Beds were decent -Friendly staff. The kids had a good time in the inside pool, beds were comfortable altho hard to sleep with weird vinegar smell in the room. The indoor mini waterpark was fun for the kids. And there was a outdoor pool. Convienent location. Included waterpark passes!. Near the strip and not to many people. The pool was great for kids. In the right spot at Della. The location was good. It was ok. swimming area was the best part f this hotel. The indoor and outdoor pool. location was alright. The TV was an older model and it did not work properly, however we were able to watch some TV. The room had a mildew smell I contacted the front and in a matter of minuets one of the staff brought us a can of disinfectant spray that took care of that problem. We had difficulty with a late check in as there was no one in the office when we arrived. the house keeping rushed us to get out we had two little people that were tired from all the fun they had the night before and slept in so put us behind on getting out by 11. The staff didn't give us our free water passes when we first checked in. While checking out I had to explain to them before they gave me my passes. They should keep note of who received they passes or not. No continental breakfast and pillows very flat and maybe a little upgrading needed in the rooms. No towels for pool area. Food in the microwave. Kiddie waterpark was broken and was never told. no coffee maker,no iron or ironing board. The cleanliness could have been much better. there was a dried up hot dog fun behind the night stand, shower curtian reeked of urine and air conditioner leaked on carpet over night. Also the entrance door was not secure, any one could walk in. Broken toilet seat, very funky smell in the room and very old mattresses. The coffee was awful and no complementary breakfast. -Everything in the room was damp -Bathroom door was broke -Floors were damp -No breakfast. Kids wanted to play outside but the outside kiddie pool was out of service, no coffee in room, room smelled of vinegar (so they gave me a can of air freshner), tv was fuzzy entire stay. Floor was wet becuz they unplug everything, so the freezer thawed out. The beds were hard as a rock and I seriously questioned how clean it was. There was no lock high on the door to keep my young kids from just walking out of the room. We had to put stuff in front of the door to give ourselves some piece of mind. There was no staff after 10PM! Very hard and old pillows and mattress.No pride seemed to be taken in motel! Very dusty and not very clean. there was noise at like slamming door on the above level. My toilet seat was cracked and pinched us all. Room Didn't smell well Had a problem with bed bugs. The room was dirty, the blow dryer didn't work, the toilet paper holder was broken. There was no one in the lobby later in the evening. I would not stay here again, I should have realized when I got two nights for a $144 that there was a reason. The fees. The staff was not so friendly. Had to continuously call the front desk to explain to the housekeepers to actually clean up!!!!. The room was Dusty, Musty and Dirty, The Microwave was filthy and still had food in it. When I went to the desk about it, she said well the room was cleaned earlier today, and would have someone check it later, of course no one ever showed.The pillows were like flat pancakes. Had to stay there everyone else was booked because last weekend before school started, Luckly we were gone most of the time. The bed was so hard and my air condition soak the entire carpet so when i got up to use bathroom it was soak wet. Rooms were not that clean, lobby didn't open until 8am for coffee, tv came in horrible and it was expensive for what you got. The room smelled overly of air freshner. too overwhellming. Children running in the hallways till 3:00a.m. No security or no one monitoring the hotel. Lots of drunk people coming in and out of back door of hotel. It did not lock. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
