About as I expected for a budget lodging conveniently near the airport. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, including a free and efficient shuttle to Bradley. Rooms are as you would expect at this price point, but clean and quite large. Comfortable bed with good bed linens. The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. It was also very budget friendly and that is especially helpful for people living on a fixed income. We accidentally spilled something on the bed and they were there in a matter of minutes to help us.
所有评语 » The guys from Iraq at the front desk were very friendly and very profesional. The shuttle service al 5:20 A.M. was punctual, helpful and very polite. There were varios restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean , and the price was awesome. Had an early morning flight and with the snowy weather decided to stay nearby it was a great decision. Free breakfast was ok my grandson really enjoyed it. The staff was fantastic I got sick on our trip and needed to go to the hospital. The staff looked after my wife and our belongings. I highly recommend them fantastic!!!!. Staff very nice..everything nice and clean..complimentary breakfast was convenient and filling..also vending machines perfect for snacking..loved daybreak room!!. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A great deal for the $70 i paid to stay one night. The price was perfect for a quick overnight stay near the airport so that we could leave without concern in the morning of any complications. The staff was very friendly, and compensated with a reduced rate for the inconvenience (their computer system was down) of the delay. Great value for the money and location is great for flying out nothing wrong with the breakfast either. Very friendly and willing to go that extra mile for their guest.We are definitely going back. Asked for directions and she seemed annoyed. When I returned home yesterday I noticed they charged my credit card twice. Called spoke with Angie (very nice) hopefully that will be corrected in a day or two. Room had musty smell but besides that no other issues. Hallway appearance was a bit casual. The delay in checking in. Only wish they had a pool. not A thing. Cleanliness of the room(dust everywhere and huge stains on the curtain etc.) Tissue box was empty TV remote didn't work. WiFI did not work in the room. We had 3 people in our room, but only 2 towels. I had to request towels from the housekeeper in the hall both days, as the frontdesk claimed the towels were being laundered and were not available. Old tv. Carpets were dirty. Price a little to high. upgrade needed for carpets in room and hall. My booking with you said the price would be $59 + 15% in taxes, or $67.85. Instead I was billed $75.75 with no explanation for the extra charge. Breakfast selections were a little sparse. Not everyone drinks coffee or tea, and eats bagels. Nothing. No good eating within walking distance, and no sidewalks!. No recycling. Badly stained carpet in room. Sticky tile in bathroom. Only one set of towels, and no replacement after request for more. N/A. That I was checked out automatically to the card I had provided the night before and not asked if I wanted to pay by other means. I wanted to pay cash, but te gentleman asked only, "Room number?" Followed by, "Do you want a receipt?" I replied, "Yes, and I'm paying cash." The look on his face...he'd already charged my debit card, leaving me with no money for gas. someone tried to open my door around 8am, fortunately I had the swing lock on poor breakfast a dirty towel was in the bathroom. an old coffee filter was still in the coffee maker. An error on the billing on arrival - altho' this was corrected. The appearance of the grounds left much to be desired. Still some smoking rooms and smell of cigarettes in hallways and even in non smoking room. Yes, it does travel thru ventilators. Rugs could use a good cleaning. Refrigerator was dirty and behind as well. The comforter had semen on it. NO JOKE. The hallways looked old and tired and smelled like stale smoke. We were beside an exit door and even though we were in a non-smoker room the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming when you walk in or out of the room. Run down and very old style. No pool. needed more towels. The place was run-down and in need of major renovating. Bathtubs were falling away from the walls. The toilets weren't flushing properly. The carpeting was worn thin. The walls badly needed fresh paint. The bed linens and towels were worn thin. We heard another gentleman two doors down also tell the clerk at checkout that his room needed major repairs. We won't ever stay there again. Nor will we recommend it to anyone. Bathroom was very dirty. Just gross!. Couldn't understand the person working the front desk. Hotel was dirty and out-dated. First room was smelly do had to ask to be moved. There was also issues with key card entry to our room. Staff did try to deal with this quickly but it was frustrating. unpleasant when we checked in like we were bothering them, they ran out of breakfast food. I didn't like that I was charged twice for my room. I was charged thru letsbookhotel.com and then the hotel also charged me. The place had a nasty smelling odor....like dampness, mold and cigarette. they couldn't find me in the system....It was just a nightmare. We called the morning of our stay to ensure they had our room they said yes but when we arrived they only had a room with one been we reserved a room with 2 beds. The staff were unwilling to do anything to help us.
