I loved everything about my stay. This hotel was do closed to every place we wanted to visit. Minutes away from Busch Gardens, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Go Karts Plus, all the best places to eat, everything. Our room was clean & spacious, clean towels & sheets. The complimentary breakfast was better than I've received at any of the hotels I've stayed at. This wasnt any ole packaged muffins & stale coffee. Stay here & you'll receive pancakes, French toast, eggs, fresh danish &a.
所有评语 » Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The afternoon desk staff was very helpful (even the maintenance man was helpful). The lobby and dining room are stylishly designed. The best part of my stay was the hot buffet breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, coffee and juice, pastry, cereals, fruit). Room doors face outside making it easy to park near your door and carry things in. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here (especially using letsbookhotel.com for the best value). Our vacation was great. It was our birthday week and we love it. The hot breakfast was great and the hospitality was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves a lot. We will come back anytime and will recommend this Quality Inn, Williamsburg, Va. To all our friends. Thank to the front desk people. Very helpful and friendly. There were only lamps on one side of the room which provided poor lighting for the room. Also, not enough electrical outlets. Very noisy. Can hear noise from above, below and same floor, and very loudly. I love that you are pet friendly, but did not bring my dog this trip. The staff were helpful from the moment we walked in the doors. We traveled from Philadelphia and arrived late but Marcia the night clerk was soo helpful with checking us in quickly, she was very professional and answered all of our questions with a positive and up beat attitude. Excellent breakfast, comfortable king sized beds, quick check-in process. Perfect location for the outlets, Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Convenient to every type of restaurant anyone could want to eat at!. We did enjoy the Mystery Dinner and the food was so very delicious. I especially liked the soup as did many; I meant to see if there was some left from the same batch that I could buy to take with us. My husband and I loved the lemon cake. This was a very pleasant stay,everyone was very nice and helpful,we needed to cut our stay short to come home they were so nice in understanding and not charging us for the extra night.We will stay here again. Place to enjoy and relax with the family. Quiet, able to get up in the morning and enjoy breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Williamsburg. The first time we got there they could not find a crib. 2 days later when we returned, they actually brought new playpen. When we did not like the first room they gave us, they moved us to a better room immediately. I did like the fact that if you're on a budget it's the place to stay. front desk help was very nice and polite. The coffee was good, breakfast just OK. The hot breakfast was great!!!. Easy access, good breakfast. Staff was friendly. New bathroom. That I had to check out and go back home to Baltimore lol. The bed I had was quite firm, and the rooms could use a little sprucing up. Overall a nice place to stay. Noise, lighting. Very frequently travelled train tracks right across the street. Amtrak loves to blow the horn! Not the hotels fault though. AC was not turned on when we arrived and it took about 2 hours to cool the room to sleeping temperature. The room was well over 90 degrees when we arrived at 11pm. It was over 90 during the day so it would have been nice if the hotel had turned on the AC for booked rooms after 3pm check-in to cool the rooms. We did not like the filty ottman in the room, we would not even place our shoes on it. There were only 2 tissues in the box, We forgot to ask for another; however, the person who cleaned the room should have notice that the bottom of the box could be seen and replaced it. Location: Across street from the train tracks. Too affordable? uncontrolled party next door 'til wee hours. Unfinished repairs: watched more than one "stink bug" literally crawl through door frame and fly across the room before I summarily evicted them. There was no fridge in one of four rooms we had. The rooms are not very sound proof and the voices of next door neighbors could be easily heard as well as the trains which woke us up more than once. Sheets were a tad bit damp. Shower curtain didn't really work very well and the children covered the bathroom floor with water during their showers. We would have like an on-sight restaurant. Had to walk so far for Ice. It should be on every floor. needs some TLC such as making sure doors latch and all TV stations are clear. I wanted an inside hotel. My room smelled damp and could have gotten better cleaning from maids. The curtains to the room were a little to sheer. No breakfast No indoor pool. No soap in room. Fortunately I brought a little cake of my own. No washclothes. Odd, but after the pool, 9 p.m., I'm not going back to the front desk for these items. everything was very nice will visit again. Shower/tub not handicap friendly. The motel needs an updated on furnishing. You may also need more cleaning saff they seemed to be overpowered by cleaning and having all the room reay by 4pm. i had to search for an ice machine that worked...there was only one and it was on the opposite end of the facility. noisy elevator,need to change up breakfast. The breakfast was the same everyday. Room 106 Bathroom door doesn't latch closed.. Towel racks in Bathroom should be adjacent to Tub and sink, not across room. A light should be at the desk so one can read and write.. Another comfortable chair would be great. Breakfast could be better. Lots of young people stayed late around the pool area. Very noisy. They put is in a smoking room even though I requested a non-smoking room. The key cards stopped working in the middle of our stay. I didn't like the fact that I was told that there wasn't anymore rooms. Our room had a strong cigarette smoke smell and the nothing could be done about it not even the next day I have 1 child that's allergic to smoke and myself and she have asthma sowe didn't spend much time in this hotel but Quality someone needs to pay more attn. to there consumers more were the reason the hotel is open lets not forget that . the door would not lock. the toilet did not flush correctly. there were bugs in the room. the bathroom door would not shut completely. It was not very clean. I wanted to take a morning shower and there was no hot water. That was a huge problem for me!. Room could be cleaner. Railroad noise...requested non-smoking room...they gave me smoking. Then I had to change to non-smoking handicap but,no microwave,iron or blow dryer like other rooms. The owners or someone needs to ensure basic standardization of rooms... Old Tv- CRT. Exterior is not very nice beyond the front facade.
