Dominic at the front desk always had a big smile, knew her business and even though she was working alone when we checked in (and it was very busy) she remained calm, helpful and professional.   I have stayed at the Wichita Inn several times when my parents have been in one of the many hospitals. It is always clean and feels secure. Usually quiet and the travelers are mostly business related. The inn is located in an area with numerous fast food and chain restaurants, so eating is easy. Close to main routes so access is easy.   The hotel just had a great atmosphere. The beds were comfy and warm, the lighting was warm, and the hallways were quiet. Also, since the hotel is right off the main highway, you can practically go anywhere in the city from there! - The staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable to sleep and work.

  Location was nice as it wasn't on a busy highway so it was quiet. Beds were comfortable and full kitchen was nice. Very nice breakfast and evening meal. - This was a fantastic hotel and a great price. Free breakfast and dinner in the evening made this a very inexpensive hotel. The king suite was five star.

While they refused to give me a room, they called a hotel across the street with the same amenities and got me a room at the same rate. The staff was very helpful!
