The location is great. Everything you could possibly need is a beautiful walk away. Right in the middle of Cape Cod. Close to beaches. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was pretty good. Quiet rooms, great pools indoor and out. And the Jacuzzi is awesome. I would recommend this place for a quick weekend getaway. It's great for the price. Overall had a great time here. Would return for another great weekend. PS> plenty of great places to eat and a awesome drive in about a half hour .
所有评语 » Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean, quiet, upkept. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. Location is excellent. Hundreds of restaurants. Half hour to Woodshole auto ferry. Best mini fridge ever. The swimming pools were just great. At the end of the day on the beach, they were not crowded and the front pool was very warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. I liked my location which was away from highway traffic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The inside pool and hot tub was a plus. The rooms were clean, the grounds were well kept, the desk staff was friendly, the location with 7 eleven on one side and dunkin on the other was great. Clean, comfortable decent sized room. What I expected from an old Cape hotel. Staff was friendly. Didn't use the pool although we wanted to. WE enjoyed the indoor pool , we wished the outdoor pools were open .The hot tub was clean . It was a great value for the money .I'd stay again . I liked everything. Very friendly. location. The Manager Jeff was very helpful. We had been unfortunate to stay when a block of apartments was occupied by less salubrious tenants and complained. He moved us and my son and family to quieter rooms. For summer on the Cape, it was affordable and centrally located. Room was large - appreciated the table and chairs. Friendly staff, indoor pool(the weather was really bad...) proximity of shops. The room was comfortable it was convenient pool was clean. It was in a convinent location, clean, safe and cheap. Maintenance of rooms and properly very well done. Keep up the good work and give compliments to everyone that works there. That there was only one towel in the whole room and it was the one that went on the floor. Needs more towels and the shower could be cleaned a little more. But just a call and it was taken care of which made it awesome. TV was older style CRT type. Flat screen would be better. The hot tub was nice the first night but then it was so hot no one could get in. It was dangerous and unhealthy. Also, the place could use some upgrading. Kind of shabby in places. The room didn't provide enough electrical outlets. The refrigerator door was a problem as it didn't stay closed. Not enough dresser space and the vanity was cluttered - the tv and refrig occupied almost all the space. nothing. Getting to be time for new mattresses. They were not bad but could use some improvement. Could use some updating. The smell of cleaning chemicals was a little strong. they didn't change the sheets for the next day. I got attitude from one of the night clerks. Could not get into wifi and they blamed my computer, even though there was nothing wrong with my computer and they weren't much help in figuring it out. The pull out bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit dated and if there are guests in the room above you will hear every squeek in the floor. The towels. Left too early would have stayed longer. Bed very uncomfortable. There must've been a baseball or softball group when I was there. They were VERY loud. Friday night at 9, I had to call the front desk to complain. By 10, all was quiet. The next 2 nights, they hung out on the porch below me and their voices could be heard. You should tell your guests to NOT hang out and converse right outside the rooms after 9 or 10. Small tv. No irons or hairdryers. No breakfast all the fees that were attached when i got their... tv small. The constant noise from other tenants which was only abated after several complaints not only from ourselves but other occupants of the block we were staying at. I doubt we will use this facility again as it tended to be on the shabby side. They didn't supply shampoo! If we'd known, no big deal; we didn't and it was simply inconvenient and stingy! VERY old and dark rooms - broken bathroom tiles, tiny bath, thin towels... tiny old school TV. Very bad smell. Very old facilities that need 100% renovations... Accumulation of water on the floor in the bathroom, accumulation of water in one of the drawers from the leaking small refrigerator, very dirty and stained carpet, old and not very pleasant to use microwave in family room and to top it all of: fees not refundable when we asked to leave in advance du to the very bad weather. Not to return ever... Unless they go under major renovations... They allowed a party on their grounds till 2 in the morning the whole weekend I feel the staff didn't supervise well there were kids under 14 in the hot tub. Bathroom was very dated. Rooms were small -- goes with the reasonable price. Office staff appeared rude and angry when i was checking out on august 12 for no reason. The female staff on check in day august 10 at 9 pm was so busy on her phone instead of attending to the customers. Old tv. matresses were horrible, noisy-no "quiet time" curfew. staff was nice, but not overly enthusiastic. Beds were uncomfortable. Very basic rooms. Staff not overly friendly. Very minimal amenities. Staff doesn't friendly. Very dated room, did Not match the photos which showed an updated room. The decoration. Very little eye contact from reception staff. Always taking calls. Room smelt of chlorine. Didn't reduce with the air conditioning going. Not value for money Will not recommend. Tired out -- in need of refurbishment. marresses were 2 hard. We had a horrible first 2 days. There was a group there that were drinking, being load and took over the hotel. We could not use most of the facilities and we felt very uncomfortable. I feel we should receive a full refund for the 4 days we were there----our vacation was ruined----. The bed where hard tube was a mess and the room was just a mess. Only coffee at front desk.
