To be honest when I first pulled into the parking lot of the hotel I was sceptical because of how it looked on the outside but once I walked in and got to my room I was very happy. All of the staff was very helpful and nice! They always had smiles on their faces. I believe for the price through letsbookhotel.com the hotel is very nice. My room had a balcony and the room was clean which is my main concern when staying at a hotel. I was there for a softball tournament so we didn't spend a lot of .
所有评语 » The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked for a quiet room, and, this may be the quietest place I have ever stayed! The staff was also knowledgeable about recommending the Farmer's Market, where to get the best apples and how to get to places around Wenatchee. The room and facility were both also very clean and the full breakfast was much appreciated, as I left early each morning for a golf tournament at the Highlander Golf Club. Very nice rooms, and we liked the refrig and micro-wave. Everyone was friendly and that included other guest. Places to eat within walking distance. I would recommend. Non smoking which I liked and it had a balcony,. The bed was very comfortable, pillows a little small and soft. Lots of towels. Loved that there was a microwave and a fridge. Staff was AWESOME!! The furniture was rustic not something I had imagined, it was lovely. We have stayed here before! The Inn is centrally located (easy on and off) and easy to pop over to Wenatchee if needed. While not a 5-star hotel it has always been neat and clean and served our purposes to a "T". Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room, with A/C that could more than handle hot weather. Very well designed parking with easy access to my car by way of sliding doors, separate from the room's main entrance. We have stayed here before and will need to return next month for one last bit of family business. While it's not the Ritz- Carlton, the prices aren't either! We have been pleased with the room and the service. I stay at the Cedars when in Wenatchee. It is close to the ski hill and shopping. The facility is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and the cookies are super! Thanks we will come again. Upon checking in, we discovered a plumbing problem in our room and the desk clerk was very accommodating, moving us to another room. The breakfast room and the breakfast were very satisfactory. I liked the staff and their willingness to help. I liked the beds. I like many of the amenities. The swimming pool, being a triangular shape, did not lend itself to swimming laps. Apples, since Wenatchee is the "apple capital of the world" would be a nice addition to either the breakfast bar, or, to have out for guests. One last minor irritation-the broken ice machine on the 2nd floor, which is probably repaired by now:). Did niot know about the 2 parts to Wenatchee, and we got lost but people in town were friendly and helped us. To small of a vanity with the coffee pot and ice bucket placed there, garbage container for the room small, no recycle bin. Room was VERY noisy as it was above a banquet room that was rented out both nights we stayed. Everything was just fine. Our room didn't smell fresh. For some reason, the pool and hot tub hours are from 5 am to midnight. Our room was directly above the hot tub which was used by very loud guests till midnight and again at 5 am !. Hard to see or get into the entrance to your hotel. The TV needs upgraded very bad, CRT TV's are many years outdated. I would not stay here again because of this. The pool was very clean but the chlorine was to much for us. It proved hard to find according to local map. Shares parking lot with autos in the middle of repair. Sounds tended to come through walls. The carpet in the hallway to our room (302) was pretty filthy and needs cleaned. Hot tub was not working but other than that it was a very nice place to stay. The overpowering smell of cigarette smoke odor throughout the common areas of the hotel. There was only 1 ice machine for the whole hotel. Street noise. Not much, just the bed was to soft and made my back sore. It said you were trying to be green and we hung the towels up but they were still replaced every day. The sewer smell occasionally. Smokers smoking immediately outside of their non-smoking rooms which was immediately adjacent our room. Smoke floated inside our room when sliding glass door opened which was annoying. Should have a designated smoking area ONLY. Breakfast overflow room was cold, reg. coffee was empty, cereal selection was all sugar variety. n/a. Attention to customers are not very good since our request on the web was not heard--We asked extra towels and blankets in room. Also, there was one set of amenities (Shampoo bottles etc.) even though they new we stayed with 3 people, and they new how many people were staying. A tiny bit noisy during breakfast but we would stay again for sure. I was dissatisfied when checking out I asked about a aaa discount and was told they couldn't do anything about it that I needed to take care of that before hand. That could be ok with some one whom travels a lot and would know about it for just because I didn't know it's the shaft. Maybe the next time I can try some where else. n/a. nothing. Nothing. The Cedars Inn is getting very out dated and is in need of a total rennovation. We have stayed there occasionally for several years. Crowded tables in the morning for breakfast if there busy and the meeting room is booked. Tv noise from adjacent room, seems like walls are not insulated ver well. the outdated carpet, the quality of the tv. Far end of town. Could not use my debit card to pay for room. It is just as good as a credit card, money comes right out of your account. Upon booking we asked for a second floor room. The hotel registration did not have it printed on their form. They could not accommodate our request because their 2nd floor rooms were being renovated. all good. can't think of anything.
