  While it seems to be predominately a business hotel. I was in Vancouver for my granddaughter's graduation. I had the grandchildren take turns staying with me to enjoy the pool and shopping; the hotel was really welcoming to these well-behaved children and we all enjoyed their stay. The rooms were meticulously clean, large, well-appointed and ... 别人怎么说 » comfortable and the staff was pleasant and cooperative. The extra cost for business floor and its amenities turned out not to be worthwhile for this - I have stayed here a couple times before. It is a perfect place to stay. I used to prefer large hotels. But since finding Heathman Lodge I always stay here. Ambiance is perfect! Rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed. Restaurant is gourmet. All levels of staff are well-trained and efficient and always ready to serve with a smile. Have I said enough to convince you to book a room? I hope so!!!!! You will be glad you did!!!!!

  I checked in late and the clerk was able to find my reservation, get me checked in, provide the wifi code (without being asked!), and answered all my questions. The breakfast room had bagels (other things, too, but bagels are easily portable) and good coffee to start the day.   We were very close to everything, shopping centers, restaurants, Portland a we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant on the premises, very good! - Great location and dining facilities. Clean and had a nice view of the river.
