For the money, this is hands down, the best hotel in the area. On top of great price-parking was free and there was a shuttle to the mall and Metro. We were greeted by Stella who made us feel comfortable and welcome. She did an amazing job as well as the rest of the staff! I will be staying here for all my trips to DC!. We planned to commute to the Smithsonian area in DC, and unfortunately, my husband got sick. It was the perfect place for him to be sick in because the bed was so comfortable for him to be in all day. He felt so much better the next day, so we were able to go on our adventures.
所有评语 » I like the price for a 4star hotel costing a total of $164.92 during our weekend of April 5-7. Everything was great. The staff, the room, the bed, amenities and location was easily accessible to freeway. Helpful and friendly staff Quiet, comfortable, clean room Free parking for the week end Proximity to shopping and metro Free shuttle to either one There's a Dunkin Donut off Leesburg Pike, west of 495. Overall comfort of the bed and the room layout.quiet and no unnecessary noise. Very convenient to my business meetings and multiple choices for dining etc. Will probably stay again. Loved everything about this place. Stayed here for 3nights and it was great. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everything was clean. Definitely would stay here again. A luxury stay with super comfortable beds. Shower was also nice with its 2 heads. The shuttle bus is a very convenient way to get to the nearby places quickly. I liked everything, my brother forgot his jacket and they shipped him his jacket to his apartment. How loyal are they, the best. :). Staff was so friendly and helpful, truly a great staff! Rooms were very clean and very comfortable! I would recommend. Room very good value for money. Nice coffee in room, also toiletries. Free parking good!. The hotel is beautiful! The food was also amazingly prepared and presented - very nice!. Estella at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, professional, and accommodating. No other option for breakfast other than the hotel restaurant, good food and selection but the price is rather high. Shower was unusual and I am 6ft 4inches and the shower head was too low. No fridge or microwave in the room. Wifi only free over weekends. The communicaton between letsbookhotel.com and the hotal was not very clear about are stay. we booking for 4 days and were told for any 2 days. but at the end it was resolved. Prices in Resturant for breakfast! Ridiculous!. The slimy tasteless stuff that you passed off as Virginia Ham at breakfast. It never saw a real pig! More seating by the front door in lobby would be good. Nothing at all. Traffic and the traffic pattern can be challenging. seemed to cater to tour groups. traffic noise even 9 floors up; other guests letting their room door slam at 2 am. When booked on letsbookhotel.com we booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when checking in we were giving a king room and was told that there was not any queen rooms available. They were able to give us a roll away bed, which was fine for the kids to sleep in due to their age!. Infrastructure is aging slightly No place to walk outside with a stroller. Nothing. Pool opened at 9 on the weekends.. makes a lat e start to you day. Nothing :). Nothing, really. We were there for a short period of time. We checked in real late and was wanting something to east so we were going to order room Service. There was no menu in room and the phone didn't work well. We were running out of time so we went to bar and ordered. Food was good but as soon as it came we had to leave and carry hot food on a hot plate to our room because the bar was closing. Plus the breakfast buffet was a little too pricey. Over charged my credit card Dispute in progress. no exhaust fans in the bathroom, no free breakfast, charging for wifi in 2013 is tacky. You advertised parking included in price and gave me the option to pay for my internet connection in the package you sold me. Upon arrival to hotel, I found both of those to be not true. I had to pay additional fees for parking and pay for internet a second time, even though you have already charged me for it. Noisy. I was charged for three rooms and only had 2 front desk billed me again for no reason called in to get it refunded and they said it wasn't charged but I'm paying it on my credit card thanks. Health club. carpet in room was old and worn, tub faucet separated from wall. Staff was nice but always had to double check before answering a question. No refridgerator was available when I asked for one. No place close for breakfast. They lied to me at check in and wanted to charge me to park, I had to insist that all of their advertising clearly states free parking and then they gave me a free pass. Did not use wifi because of high daily fee. elevator out, no refrigerator in room or microwave. The room was not serviced air vent cover rattled because it was loose and loud enough to wake you from sleeping. Vent was addressed on the second day but the room was not cleaned! Breakfast voucher was offered as a solution.
