Your staff was 10 ++++ very helpful and it was nice to be welcomed with cheerful staff and willing to make my visit problem free, I was tried and l was ready for rest-time and everything was ready for me check-in and check-out, Please thank the staff for me.
I liked the friendly approach of the Receptionist, the breaksfast buffet was very nice, the housekeeper were very friendly and took good care of my room.

The size of the room was nice and big, did not like the location. The restuarant was excellent.

Location Had a suite.
parking was not to good, even with guest having a party and signs showing where there was parking for them the youth guest for party where every where and when leaving loud and not caring who was sleeping or trying to enjoy peaceful nite. Other than that everything was nice.
The wifi connection was very poor to my room.
The walls in the room were in bad shape, poorly repaired, the bathroom was also in need of repair.
The parking lot was too small and the pool does not look the same as the picture.
Bathroom converted to kitchenette, Ants in Kitchenette, Had to ask for towels, Didn't look like maids had completed cleaning room.
The room was dingy and in need of repair.
Old facility, noises, faulty wi-fi.
The tub in rm 210 is going to fall through the ceiling. The tub is fiberglass and has a bubble in the tub floor. My husband says the bubble is taking on water and will probably fall to the room below.
Did not greeted at front desk, they looked at me funny. Charged my card w/o telling me the total. Had to ask. Have small children room was on 3Rd floor and it was a smoking room. No elevator. Pool does not look like pic. Wont stay there again.
