Beautiful view from a lovingly refurbished classic 50's motel. Well-
appointed, spacious, comfortable, quiet room (we opted for the deluxe
king). Very friendly and helpful staff with recommendations and
discounts for local attractions.
Beautiful motel, modern design of rooms, huge comfortable bed, lovely outside pool, really wonderful and helpful staff, and fantastic wine, made by the hotel. Rooms also have TV, fridge, and a sweet iPod/iPhone radio connector.所有 评语 »
We were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful view of the dam and river. It was quiet; and the staff was friendly and made extra effort to make sure we were comfortable.
Very nice, spacious room and it was very clean. The first room which we given was small and had no view of the dam, so we were given another room which was lovely.
The wine tasting happy hour sitting on the patio, listening to live music and admiring the view of the river.
The rooms were nicely decorated/updated.
Clean, modern room. Nice view of the Columbia River. A comfortable night
as we passed through on our road trip.
Easy access to parking. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to the river and dam. Great view from the room.
Location. However, need a more expensive room to enjoy the view. But for
$99 our room was very good.
Great view. Happened to be there on a night with free music, cheese and crackers, and wine.
Nicely renovated and comfortable motel. Good value for money.
Clean, comfortable rooms.
Wine tasting and pool.
location ...quietness.
Well maintained and very clean, furniture and appliances available in room, convenient to Portland and scenic sites, friendly and helpful staff.
Staff was very professional. The motel was recently renovated and the
décor and furnishing were in very good condition.
It was very quiet, and the staff was wonderful!.
The location is a bit difficult to find with old GPS, but google maps gets it spot on.
Location. We enjoyed being able to view the dam, but it is in a unusual area with very little around it to see.
The room was too hot when we arrived. Turned on the ac and went to the
pool while the room cooled off. Room was quite small, no room for a
table/desk. Hotel location is somewhat separated from town and most
restaurants.
Freeway noise 24 hours a day.
Sparse breakfast could have been better.
A bit pricey for the type of room.
A little out of the way but ok if you have a car.
It was very icy and although the hotel had very few quests, they placed me in a room where I had to drive up an additional hill. I was the ONLY guest in that whole building! The other folks that I was with, were spread out also but at least in the same building.
Door security lock didn't work
Loose hinges on bathroom door.
Sporadic noise from highway and train, lack of computer and printer for personal use, limited selection for breakfast.
The location was not ideal as upon arrival you had to drive up a
narrow road where there were 4 houses fronting the motel that were not
in good shape. They ruined the view of the river and dam. Furthermore
the location is less than a quarter of a mile from the interstate and
railroad tracks. The train and vehicle noise robbed us of a good
nights sleep.
The access was poor and very difficult with the horse trailer. I had no idea it was a possible problem until I got into the parking lot. We also had a family of spiders who covered 8" or so of the door ! Obviously the room was not occupied much before us! I'd hope future travelers would be warned about turnaround and parking!.
