We have young kids and enjoyed the indoor pool area, clean good sized room, flat screen tv, and free breakfast, all at a much lower price than other big name hotels in the same neighborhood. An excellent value!. Large room in very good condition, even had a small kitchen. Quiet location with plenty of restaurants close by. We had been touring for a month and this was about the best value motel we had found.
所有评语 » everything was great - clean, nice-looking, the room was fully stocked. Breakfast was very good - lots of variety. A 100% recommend. Also, there is plenty of parking for small and large vehicles. Close to I-5 intersection. Full kitchen, fridge, and all utensils. Very comfortable King-sized bed. Great value for the amenities in the room. Friendly staff. actually, all is pretty good; Wendy was excellent @ check-in....and the young front desk clerk on Sunday was pretty friendly & good too.. Sorry for my english, i'm French... Large and nice room with many équipements. Quiet place, good reception and large parking. I recommend. Layout of the room with king size bed, lounge chair, & kitchen area. Stove & microwave with medium size fridge was a great value!. I didn't like that I couldn't stay in the same area as my friends did, because of letsbookhotel.com's choice of rooms for me!!!. Spacious well equipped rooms, Free indoor pool and hot tub is great. Free parking facilities. Adjacent to good restaurant. Friendly staff. Room was well appointed with kitchenette, real glasses & dishes, nice linens, continental breakfasts. Very clean spacious rooms, esp the bathroom was large. No need to put my feet in the tub to use the toilet. Quiet and very clean. The staff was nice and accomadating also. Most of all, it had semi truck parking...!. The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy and the towels are big and nice. Big room, nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The price was OK. staff. Nothing. We didn't have any negative issues. The bed was on a firmer side, but it did not affect our experience. I did not appreciate the smoking and the noise outside my door (#64)@ 0700 on Friday morning; probably the folks in #68....the smoking was awful....and they used the deck to snub out their smokes. And left them. Breakfast ends way too early. Poor gym facility. Pool area needs to be upgraded. I didn't like that I couldn't stay in the same area as my friends did, because of Booking.com's choice of rooms for me!!!. Lots of WiFi points available but connection far from solid. Breakfast selection is rather limited. The only thing I think would be helpful would be to have dish soap, dish rag & kitchen towel. The old school televisions have to go. The pool and hot tub could use some attention, but they still did the job. The interior needed a paint job but other than that it was fine!. The bed was harder than we prefer and after 3 nights, we were glad to be headed home to our comfortable bed. Highway is not far away. Thus the room might be a bit noisy for people who love silent places in the middle of nowhere. Forget the breakfast, we didn't even eat there the second day. The gym is a joke, no towels, no TVs, no clock, no cleaning supplies. The room was also next to the freeway and airport noise. There was not sufficient light to read by, for instance newspapers. Outside stairs were dirty and needed a good cleaning. Exterior doors need painting. Meet my expectations so have nothing to comment. Outside walkways around office and into room show signs of numerous spills (coffee?) apparently never cleaned up. Nothing. need more towels. girls with long hair need an extra. small tv. Price was too high Good restaurants were not readily available. breakfast could have a bit more variety....some yoghurt, better fruit selection. The breakfast was a horror story.The food caused me to have a severe gastrointestinal reaction which caused quite a calamity one I never want to repeat.I Would never book @this venue again nor would I recommend it to anyone. dark room ... only one nightstand had a lamp. the ground were a little tacky. rate could be a bit less. Dirty hall carpet and drab deco. made it feel like you were in a college dorm from 1980. Cost to much----No early check out even if for one day. Have to come back to office to get receipt next day. I did not enjoy the stay. Wifi did not work in all facilities. Wi-Fi is non-existant. Moved rooms and still only 22k for wifi. Impossible to do any web related work. If you need to do any work online forget this place and move on. Very seedy Area of Tacoma. Rooms need updating. Shower had mold. Many military stay there, but they deserve better. Breakfast room left a lot to be desired. Couldn't wait to leave. The staff were terrible (Wendy the manager was the worst!) Internet not working. Pool/Hottub shut down, and very unclean throughout. The toilet ran constantly. The thermostat on the P-TAC unit is either Hot as hades or Cold. The temp was very uneven. There was much noise from outside; the rooms are not well insulated. outdated, cheap. The toilet in our room did not flush. I reported twice, then again on checkout. I received 20% off my bill. I will never stay there again. it was dirty nasty blood stained curtains the pool was nasty and the staff was so rude I would never stay in these motels ever again I rather stay in my car.
