  Staff was outstanding. There was a communications breakdown between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel.. Required prepay and arrival date was was incorrect.. Hotel took prepay as they thought I was a no show and for fitted the prepayment. Showed conf and I was given rooms without any fuss. In fact they where upgraded. Again, staff was outstanding.   It was very nice and clean and the staff is very accommodating: Will stay here every time from now on for our in-between spot while we drive through to California - There's a lot to do around the area. Many restaurants and shops within just a short walk. Room was just as described: clean and comfortable.

  I was unable to check in between the preferred hours of 5-9, but I called ahead and they made sure my room was ready an hour early for me. I loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours, and was able to relax with friends after our event ended at midnight. The bed wasn't comfortable to me, but my friends loved theirs- the facility and room... 别人怎么说 » we're clean and inviting, luxury with southwestern charm. - Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were large including a sitting area and private outdoor patio with chaise lounges. Room was stocked with coffee maker, coffee grinder and whole bean coffee, teas, popcorn w/popcorn maker. Nice flat screen tvs plus jacuzzi bathtubs.
