Staff is great and friendly. Warm complimentary breakfast was great. Hotel is good value. Just wish the trains and highway adjoining was quieter. Ill go back again. Salt water pool was sparrkling clean and so inviting. Great comfy beds! Very good value. I have stayed here twice, and recommend it highly!. Staff was great, room was comfy and quiet even though we were next to the stairway, pool was great. The breakfast was outstanding.

Included breakfast was great. Excellent value for the fare. Good breakfast. We got there early and they offered us fruit and yogurt while we waited. Nice clean well kept pool area. I liked the friendly staff, big rooms, easy access to washer/dryer area. It was a clean hotel well maintained. Friendly, efficient staff Clean rooms Very comfortable bed and pillows Great breakfast selection. very clean and friendly. Rooms and beds were great for the room price on a Saturday night. Good location/ great price. And the food ( breakfast ) was great; We will be back. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the location was perfect for us. Location, price, and very nice hotel! Trains and highway traffic. that there aren't more Greenstay Hotels and Suites around the country. Hot tub was out of order. The only stairs were quite dirty but everything else was very clean. I would have liked to see more easily accessed outlets. Nothing!. no elevators. door would click as if some one was coming in ; probally due to air pressure when AC came on or went off; We would look at the door and expect someone to come in !. An elevator would have been nice. Nothing--all was fine!. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Conditioning shampoo is not the same as conditioner. Trains blowing their horns in the middle of the night. Was not handicapped accessed (ada approved) as advertised. No elevator, only stairs. Overbooked for what we reserved. nothing. Housekeeping. Breakfast started too late. Needs to be 6AM. I was extremely disappointed with our beds. They were very hard, lumpy, and uncomfortable. I am disabled and I picked the hotel for our one night stay because the listing said that there was a hot tub. You should know that the hot tub is not working. The listing also said that there was price matching. I enquired about this and was told that the $39.95 rooms that were available were not rooms that were of the same value. I can believe that, they were probably much better.
