  Rooms were very comfortable and in high standard. The staff was very helpful, overall facilities were fantastic (I recommend the bar :). Location is good, close to the metro, so you could be in the town in about 15 min from the moment you leave the doors of the hotel. The pool area was absolutely fantastic for the kids as we had 5 with us. Everyone was bending over backwards to make our snowed-in stay comfortable, We couldn't have had a better time.

  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. One girl didn't even have her coat off and opened our drink an... 别人怎么说 » d csshed us out. The hotel was beautiful and our view was perfect. The valay men were excelent as well. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.
