  I loved my suite. It was very spacious and quite the eye pleaser. My husband and I were hoping for something nice, and the Best Western Chateau Suites lived up to our expectation and more. From the outside, you wonder but as soon as you enter the front door you can see its a very decent property! It was our anniversary and the Front Desk afternoon staff surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. Room very clean and comfortable. Extra Towels and coffee provided with the mere mention that we may need more. Those two girls were awesome!

  Everyone so friendly and helpful. Even had a valet employee go across the street to try and get me a map when i needed directions. Front desk employee worked above and beyond to let us move to an adjoining room with our friends when stayed a second night. Waitress in cafe very helpful and buffet was great.
