  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk.   We stayed at the Courtyard before our cruise to Alaska. It was within walking distance to Safeco Field, shopping, and the waterfront. Bus service was available outside the front door. The desk clerks were all very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to find a bus route or give directions to attractio - I liked how conviniently located this hotel was to the WaMu theater. We went to an event there that weekend and only had to walk 10 minutes to get there! Not have to worry about a taxi or anything. I liked that there was a wide variety of restaurants around the area and that we were able to walk around a lot rather than drive.

  Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. It was the only hotel in Seattle we found that didn't require booking two rooms, therefore making the visit affordable. The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.
