  Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Numerous flights were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room. The bw staff did a great job finding rooms. - the staff was most helpful and cordial.the facilities were immaculate and most comfortable, along with being very quiet.

  Location was great and the stay was wonderful. The package deal with the breakfast is so worth it. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast with the reservation. Staff was great. - Loved the indoor and outdoor pool, the rooms were very nice - clean and comfortable.
