The staff was very accommodating. In particular there was some confusion regarding a breakfast coupon that went with the cost of the room. They gave us the coupon without any discussion. The shuttle was wonderful as were the drivers. The pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and the location was close to downtown and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Not being familiar with the area, they went out of their way to give us ideas for dining in the area, etc. Also...our room was clean with very comfy bed.
所有评语 » The Holiday Inn is very close to the race track. There is a van that takes guests directly to the track, then picks them up after the races are over. Saratoga is an unique location.The Track,Downtown area,Restaurants and Shop's make it the perfect place to enjoy a long Summer Vacation. A short walk to town Stewart's store next door for minor purchases and conveniences Parking was not a problem as previously reported. Every staff member was over the top! Friendly service and a pleasurable experience. Having the choice of using the indoor pool or the out door pool for family. Location is good! The staff was friendly and the room was clean!!. Everything was clean and appeared to be all redone/new. The location was excellent. Easy walk to downtown. Geat location, friendly staff, good facilities. Staff was top-notch in every aspect. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Worked well with our pets. Location, small gardens, friendly staff. clean and comfortable. Location. Our room did have a "stale smoke" odor to it when we first arrived. The smell dissipated easily once we cracked the window for a few minutes. It is very expensive during the racing season but I guess that is the price that people will pay at this time of year. The pricing on the Hotels seems to escalate during the Track Season.I guess its all about supply and demand,other then that everything was great. Being on 2nd floor it was faster to use the stairs than the elevator Busy, noisy weekend crowd All waters in soda dispensing machines were empty Everything was adequate but a little snug. No continental breakfast and pool closed early. Felt it could have been a bit cheaper. When the local racetrack is open, prices go way up!!. Was pricey for the room size. Nothing. The corridors on the floor we stayed on needs a little face-lift. Air conditioners could use replacing. Hallways are musty and stale. pool should be open longer at night. Really basic accommodations considering the an outrageous price. Power was out most of the night, until 3am--it was hot and we were uncomfortable. Mattress sagged. Other clientele a little sketchy (lots of tattoos and lingering cigarette odors). old fashion... would need to be refreshed... Stayed there many years ago with our kids. The place has definitely gone downhill. Shabby; restaurant not good. Bar and bartender were great and people were friendly. Room small Bed way too small even though I asked for extra large double bed since no Kings were available. Someone walking around our roof outside our windown was unsettling.
