Staff was very friendly, especially valet staff. Pool area was large and seats were comfy. Bed was super comfy. Lots of places in lobby to sit. Breakfast in dining room had a great presentation and tasted very good. Have not been to this property since our honeymoon in 1992. The staff was excellent the rooms where very clean the pool, gym,sonea, where awesome. LOVED the stay there. will diffently go again!.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice place to access in silicon valley. It was very close to the convention center. Everything. Location. Very friendly staff..helpful and accommodating. Restaurants were very good, but pricey. Pool was nice, but crowded. Close to Great America, but not much else. The lobby. The balcony was misleading. I thought I was booking a room where I could sit and read but it was only a ledge to stand on. Wifi should be free in room. $12.95 per day is too much. Paid for two days and it had it less than 24 hours per day. I did not get to do late check out...I did not want to leave!. No continental breakfast. Sunday breakfast. small bathroom; only 1 bed. nothing. In the morning we tried to order room service but they never answered the phone. The machine would pick up asking us to leave a message. Too much expensive. I'm disabled and my room was on the first floor far away from any parking or the lobby. Also, when I paid for a room with a balcony, I didn't expect it to open up to the outside facing another wall. Nothing. Maid service could have been better. The doona/duvet was so hot! I had to have the air-con on at a stupidly low temperature just to be able to sleep. I don't think such a thick doona is required at a hotel in this type of climate. The room smelt musty. I thought it was the carpet, but later discovered the smell came from the air condition. The filter needs to be changed. Difficulty sleeping because of smell. Room was a bit small. No "extras". Wifi was 5.99. That was ridiculous. Most nicer hotels have free wifi. Charging for daily parking when better Hotels like Hyatt does not charge for parking.Too pricey breakfast. Parking outside the Hotel and not worth the value. Rooms too small and staff too busy .
