Everything looked new and clean. The interior decoration of the room was very nice and the sheets and comforter were soft and high quality. There was a desk that pulled out into a second table for plenty of working space. There were two computers in the lounge that I could use to find answers on the internet, do some research, and print out pages without hassle. The clean room, friendliness and responsive service of front desk staff, the gym is a great feature, the lounging area in the lobby is great, location of good too.

Very nice and comfortable. We were originally put in the wrong room, and te staff was very accommodating and efficient in moving us. It is clean and very comfertable facility. we all loved it. Area also not so busy eating places are not far from the hotel. Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. The room was a little smaller than I expected but it was very clean and comfortable. The design of the room was great. I liked the couch and bed placement. Good channels on the TV. Nice shower as well. Everything was clean and elegant. Staff was impeccably polite. Got a great deal on the room. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very nice and comfortable and clean. The front office woman was delightful. What a great attitude, smile, just delightful!. Very clean, Bed was excellent. Location close to college and airport. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. it was very close to the airport... The bed and the size of the room. Facilities. Location. I like the design of the hotel lobby, lounge and room. Jacuzzi and exercise room were great facilities included. The ambiance was good. I was greeted with a notecard from a staff and a piece of mint chocolate. There was a charge for parking, just $8/day, but I had been told twice over the phone that there was no such charge. The website says there is a parking charge so I was surprised when the representative on the phone said there was no charge. In any event, for the weekend, I was able to park in an adjoining private garage for free over the weekend so I only had to pay for a day or two of parking during the week. The service at the restaurant is very slow at times. On my last day's breakfast, it took the kitchen staff 40 minutes to prepare my French toast. Parking car is a very frustrating experience. Why do these hotels lack accommodation for guests' cars. It is so commercialized too!. Nothing. Parking cost $8.00. I did NOT like our restroom. When we first entered, it smelled like someone had just used the restroom. The smell continued to linger for the whole 24 hours I was there. I was tired from the day so didn't bother to complain to the front desk. I do not know what caused the smell but it was consistently there. Would have been nice to have more of a cafe in the lobby. Not a big variety of food. Sorry that no continental breakfast is offered. Parking fees were somewhat high, but the valet staff was friendly and efficient. The food was okay but not great. In the immediate area, there wasn't much in the way of restaurants to choose from. Walls too thin. I was woken up by a gentleman next door flatulating. paying for parking. The fact that the bathroom door can not stay open. No comp breakfast. Its not pet friendly & web site says it is. My room was located on the third floor while I could hear the guest on the upper level walking. The sound proof was not properly done.
