The whole experience of staying at this hotel was very positive. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, the location ideal, the breakfast was extensive, and tasty. The rooms were large, and well kept. I would definately stay here again. It even had indoor garage parking which was handy re the wind and rain. This Best Western was new and extremely clean. Real wood furniture in the bedroom with large bed, large desk, stuffed desk chair, full size couch, lots of tables and lamps. Bathroom was large and modern. The room had everything you would want. Also refrigerator and microwave and safe, and coffee maker.

I would love to stay again under better circumstances. Great location directly on 101 and still quiet, really good price, very clean and nice breakfast, underground parking with lift to the rooms.Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and continental breakfast was very nice. hotel is nicely kept, room was clean, plenty of parking, staff was friendly, helpful and informed. Getting to the hotel re the detours because of road construction, was not the fault of the hotel, but was a bit concerning, until we learned the routes.Shuttle service to airport every half an hour rather than hourly would have been helpful since hotel location was not central or close to other types of transportation. glad the website had excellent directions - with the frreeway construction going on we would have had a hard time getting to it. Finding the airport shuttle is a little confusing as you need to know that the hotel courtesy phones are on the DEPARTURE level, outside the terminal across one traffic lane. There are also courtesy phones inside the terminal on the arrival level at the baggage claim area, where I arrived. Other guests seemed to have the same problem. Once you find the right courtesy phones it is no problem. It was hard to find.Only negative is you need a car to get to any dining. The restaurant at the golf course was good but a very long walk and presently the freeway is under construction so the walk is very difficult. hard to get to due to all the hwy 101 construction. People unfamiliar w/area can easily get lost coming and going to hotel.Difficult to get to. This was because of a confusing detour due to highway construction. construction but that is not the hotels fault becuase it was the roads not the hotel that were being worked on so I got lost a few times.Tea and coffee facilities in room were lacking - should have sugar and milk for immediate arrival. Also should replace used items daily. Need boiling water at breakfast for tea and decent knives - plastic doesn't work!. I did not get my 6:00 am wake up call (although my boyfriend got his 4:20 am wake up call. As a result, I couldn't eat breakfast and was extremely late for work. It was also a little difficult to find.Sometimes, the breakfast room was very crowded. Some extra table would have been useful. Difficult to find due to construction in the area.No, actually nothing. nearby the Hwy noisy - Terras was not open. A little hard to find in the dark. shuttle service to the airport was not very reliable. noise from outside environment. a little bit difficult to reach. when we called for direction, the girl kep us on hold for more than 10 mins and we had to hang up, wait in the car until she answered the phone again. problem there is no restaurant around and in this hotel so it is difficult to eat. Getting there is hard with all of the road construction going on. Directions from hotel personnel not good at all. Yes extremely noisy! plumbing noises such as showers and sink from other rooms loud. too close to freeway noisy.
