Beautiful hotel in the best location. The rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing. The hotel is located by really nice cafes and great restaurants, although I would stay away from the Italian restaurant right next door. Bad service and not very good. On the other hand, the cafe/bakery on the other side of the entrance is really good.
Location was near to most sites and restaurants a visitor would want during a stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was well kept and very clean. The staff of Charles, GiGi and Stanley exceeded all of our expectations and made us feel like family!. 所有 评语 »
The warm and friendly welcome and the fabulous location with great restaurants and fisherman's wharf within easy walking distance make the Boheme a great place to stay. Top quality bedding and towels add a touch of luxury.
The atmosphere and location were awesome. The service and staff were excellent and very helpful. The sherry they provided each night was a nice touch. Great location in the middle of Little Italy.
the room and hotel decor was all very charming and romantic--we loved it--and the staff quite gracious. the location couldn't be nicer--so many wonderful cafes and nearby landmarks.

Rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel itself has a boho feel which is quaint. The location is fantastic, you are out the door and in the middle of North Beach.

Not much to dislike about hotel. After a morning of exploring, it's nice to lay down and watch a little TV. The TV in our room was almost not usable because the only location for it was behind the foot board. It needs to be mounted on the wall. Not a big deal, though.

The room size could have been bigger.
There was no air conditioning but that was disclosed up front and was not a big problem in San Francisco. There were very few electrical plugs, but that is to be expected at a historical hotel.
as much as i love (and wanted) a room facing the street for the quaint view, the sounds of the city were a bit noisy...

No elevators and several stair cases to get to rooms. I would not let that stop me though. It's worth it.

The noise - street facing rooms are hard to sleep in. The interior design is tired and needs more regular maintenance for touch-ups and wear. Luggage drop off - the 30-minute space out front is usually full - could it be a loading zone only during some hours?.

Not enough outlets, seriously small TV but to be expected, I guess, given its age.
No I pod dock, they're cheap. If I am going to pay 200 dolllars a
night, you have to get into the current time. Loved everything but that.
But that will keep me from coming back. It's cheaper a couple blocks
away with a dock. Think about it.
The biggest complaint is the lack of air conditioning - our room was
very hot. The bathroom is very small - especially the shower.
Although a non smoking room the smell of cigarette smoke was ever present.
Inability to control the heat in the room... uncomfortably hot and had to keep the screenless window open and a fan on.
