The rooms were very spacy and beautiful! I requested to be on the highest floor possible, and I was happy that they granted my request. It's worth the stay!. Very nice hotel in downtown San Diego, an excellent value for the money, would recommend to anyone. The staff was incredible! Great service from the front desk, Bar tender, cleaning staff, etc....

Overall was very nice stay. everything was nice and clean the staff was very helpful. The location and the staff made this stay amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind. The niceness of the room. Very clean and modern. location and layout. Location to gaslamp and the faculty. I liked the location. Bed was comfortable. Nothing. Nothing at all!! Everyone was great to us. Parking for guests was on the 11th floor. Took some time to get in and out of the parking garage. Everything!. The smell of the room. nothing. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would have liked, and we had a do no disturb sign on the door and they continuously kept trying to come in and clean. A side order of french fries were $10.35 but other than that , great hotel and location. No Balcony. Small shower little room and refrigerate didn't work. broken fridge, broken ice machine, leaking iron. The pullout bed in the couch was jammed it would not come out. I did not like how different staff members told us different things. One said there was no deposit and when we showed up five minutes later there was a 100 dollar deposit . Also , they tried to say we parked valet and take 30 dollars out of the deposit when we clearly self parked and had the tickets . We also found small bugs in bed . I will not stay here again . Restaraunt service and prices were horrible. As well as the parking situation terrible. Worst hotel of my life. Bad smell in the hotel lobbies. No water in room. Asked for two beds got only one. 40usd parking for 100usd hotel room. No bathroom tub. Only boiling hot water for shower. Overall nothing to remember of. Would never recommend this to my friends and family.
