I liked there Check-in time, is an hour earlier than most hotels. This allowed us to get into San Clemente earlier and take advantage of an early dinner time on Valentine's Day. Also, I had a meeting scheduled the next day at 11am, which is the check-out time. The staff allowed me to stay until 12:30, so I could have my meeting and then pack up and leave. They were really friendly.
