Compact design - the shower and toilet were separate and had sliding doors. The living area was small but comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the room was very useful for 4 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed came in handy for one adult and the chaise on the sofa could be used for a child. Breakfast was okay and had the basic options you would expect at a 3 star hotel. Price was competitive. Comfy beds So so breakfast. Big need for ur favorite meal ... the waffle. Line way to long dor kids and families. Eggs ... imitation? Not good quality but it was what it was. Cereal and juice. Unusual set for the bathroom ... the split theme a bit off putting. But we did like hotel and would use again next year when we bring two grand kids.
所有评语 » I loved the room--it's décor and amenities were great. We were fairly close to Sea World which is why we were visiting San Antonio. I loved the separate bath areas that both had doors--one had toilet and sink and the other had a shower with sink and large counter. Nice refrigerator. Rooms were clean, staff very nice, room was big, beds were comfortable, really liked that there was an extra set of blanket and sheets in the closet for pull out sofa bed so we didn't have to chase any linens down after a long day. Breakfast was good and there was plenty. The staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. Everyone was very kind. Enjoyed the atmosphere.Loved the coffee and ice water provided at all times in the lobby. Very excellent stay. Would recommend to anyone. Really nice staff, very friendly. Just a few minutes from Sea World, there were 6 in our room and we had plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. LOVED that the shower was seprate from the bath room. We were out there for our daughters Air Force Graduration. The staff were so nice and couldnt ask for any better service! We will for sure be back to your hotel the next time we are out there. The staff was friendly, the place was clean. Always had the smell of cleaning produts in the lobby area. The breakfast was great! I didnt expect such a nice variety of foods!. The hotel appears to been recently renovated, very cool rooms and design. Close to Lackland AFB, which is why we were in TX. Bathrooms was great the way it is separated. I liked the way the suites were set up. the toilet being separate from the shower and tub was A plus for me. that makes it really nice when you have kids with you. A very nice modern design , the seperate restroom from the shower/bath and washroom area is a great idea. Over all I loved my staying we felt very comfortable. smooth and prepared, staff could not do enough for you and even supplied a receipt before check out so I could check that it was OK... that there are 2 bathrooms in each room ( the tub and toilet are in separate rooms ) and the room set-up was really nice. I liked the variety of the continental breakfast, plus how close the hotel is to shopping and lots of restaurants. The hospitality was wonderful. Brenda was wonderful as well. Breakfast was great. Couldn't ask for anything more. everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed the stay.good location for sea world..awesome breakfast. I'll sure stay again. We like the convenient location to nearby restaurants and Sea World. It was a great price for the stay. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, easy and quick check-in, located next to many restaurants and stores. Big spacious room, great breakfast, great location close to everything, easy to find, etc etc etc. The breakfast was great and the indoor swimming pool, the friendly staff, all of its great. Turkey sausage was poor, like paste Did not care for.split bathroom but maybe just b/c it was a new idea. Still would use facility again next year. The shower door would not close all the way but not water leaked out. The water in the shower kept changing from very hot to very cold. Nice breakfast but not large enough for the size of the hotel--especially needed more than one waffle maker. On the second morning around 5:30 I kept hearing doors slamming right down the hall. Pool was crowded at end of day. Elevators were a little slow. The breakfast was a healthy breakfast, but after 4 days, we would have enjoyed some variety. If I had to say something that I could change, I would of like there to be a Hot Tub. I know you have a heated pool but after walking all day it would have been wonderful to sit in a hot tub. The parking lot was always full. We have a very large truck and need a perfect spot to park in so we dont hang out in the fire lane. I suspect the resturant next door was paring in the hotel lot, so not really the hotels fault , but it was an inconvienence for us. The indoor pool was small and cold! Our TV kept going in and out. there really was'nt anything I did'nt like about the room or facilities. Frosted glass on WC door and the door did not lock... the pool deck had large puddles of water on it. I didn't like the fact that guest smoked in front of the main entrance and I was forced to walk through it. I also didn't like, when I informed the desk staff about the smoking, she did nothing to address it. The pool facility wasn't all to great..looking for a got tub out stream room. Friendly staff made up for it. When we received room service, our towels were taken and not replaced. We called front desk and told us they'd be replaced while we were at the pool, and still didn't have fresh towels upon arrival. My husband had to go puck them up and was questioned as if he already had towels and was trying to get more. Other than that incident it was bad. Not enough towels in the room, too much chlorine in the pool. Small pool that was overrun with kids with no adult supervision whether buy parents or hotel staff. N/A. Nothing in particular. Lost reservations but staff resolved problem immediately. Using bathroom during the night would light the whole room ( glass marble used on the bath door) . Also, too much bleach (chlorite) used on the swimming pool. We were unable to park in their parking lot. The bar next door used the hotel parking lot as overflow and we had to park at a nearby hotel and walk to our hotel. I booked the hotel through letsbookhotel.com and was overbooked for one night. We tried to check in at 900 pm only to find out that there were no rooms available until the next day, leaving me and my family to scramble for another room. The hotel was not helpful at all in assisting us with other accomodations. Nothing.... The beds were hard as a rock. The air conditioning control would not allow me to adjust the temperature. There needs to be an outside pool as well because the indoor pool is too small for all the people that wanted to swim. N/a. No outdoor pool. Parking was bad a couple nights. The swimming pool smell to much like chlorine. Rooms were excellent upon check in but housekeeping got a bit lazy. Minimal towels (had to call for more several times. Dirty towels left in the sink and on the floor. No sheets/bedding for the sofa bed. Dirty coffee cups were not replaced on a daily basis. No bottle water in room. not enough seating. The breakfast area - not long enough time to get breakfast and there is no real seating. Bathroom setup with pocket doors. You Can hear everything in this hotel. Tub fixtures shower head and tub drain needed maintenance. Was reported to front desk but no action was taken, we had to make due with this inconvenience. Difficult to get to and from the highway. And into town. A map at the hotel would have been nice. breakfast time and variety. Didn't like commode separate from shower...
