The Staff were all very professional and extremely helpful - they all went out of their way to assist all of us - the front desk attendants & the shuttle drivers were especially helpful since we were all there because of an emergency and the hospital visits were extreme. The location was great. The hotel staff was friendly and very professional and attentive. The room was outstanding. The breakfast was terrific.

The design of king/sofa room were great. Almost feels like home. rooms very large breakfast was very good staff was very friendly. room layout and sofa/sofabed option. Great for families. It is a big room and clean , the breakfast is good. The hot breakfast items were awesome. clean, nice decor, roomy, nice price. breakfast, the bar, and starbucks. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great breakfast. Beautiful room. Very Friendly. Near six flags and La Cantera mall Good size tv inside the room Wireless printing system. The fact that I was on the 6th floor at the end. Great place. Nothing. Unfortunately it rained and rained in San Antonio that weekend. Small Fitness Center No waffles/french toast during breakfast. Missing direction/instruction to 24/7 food service as well as ice maker location when you're on next floor. I was unable to locate ice maker machine and 24 hours/7 days food vending/service at first so I had to go down to ask hostess for direction which was inconvenienced. More limited food/snack display at hotel is not same as stated on website. On website shows more tasteful food appeal. Real mouthwatering work, uh? Well, maybe different hotel, different setting and/or supplies. Who knows?. bed was uncomfortable. There is no microive and the air conditional not central. I was originally told that I couldn't have the group rate because it had run out. That was off-putting. had problem with the air conditioner; could be lack of knowledge on operating the system. Bathrooms tight in space and mattress on sofa pullout not too comfortable. No vending machines...had to buy overpriced water, drinks, snacks. Advertised made to order to order omlets...not true!... Small rooms Weak breakfast I asked for a razor and they didn't wanted to bring it to my room and charged me for it. Bath tub extremely small. All the kids running around the lobby keeping the floors wet.
