Beautiful ... Wonderful price and within walking distance of all the attractions we were there to see.. Couldn't believe we got such a luxurious room for the minimal cost... Every staff member from the front desk to the restaurant and in between was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome !. Loved our stay in downtown St. Louis. Wonderful location! The restaurant food was very good and we especially loved the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. We will definitely return.

Great location, friendly staff, impressive hall and reception, convenient rooms. Parking around the corner at price 14$/day. Highly recommended!. Nice layout and close to Busch Stadium. Very busy time during World Series and Monday Night Football but the hotel staff handled it well. Friendly staff. Very nice facility. Very clean. Great food. Felt safe there. Bartender and staff were really great at their jobs. The lady at the desk that checked us in made us feel very welcome. She set the good feeling tone for the rest out trip. Very friendly staff. Made checking in and out extremely easy. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice big hotel, clean, the staff is (sometimes a little too) friendly, well located, many elevators. This hotel was excellent, the staff was extremely helpful, kind, and made everything easy. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, bed comfy, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is close to the bars and restaurants on Washington Ave. Excellent service, friendly staff. Gym/Pool were well maintained. Our waitress in the bar was extremely nice considering how busy it was. Very clean. Has a Starbucks. nothing special. Our own fault we didn't include bkfst with our room because we had read reviews that it was to expensive and the food was not good.... We went down and had bkfst one morning and it was the best buffet we have had in a long time but would have been cheaper if we added it when we booked and it is well worth the money!!. The pool was small, which typically would not be a problem but there were so man kids in the pool, even at 10:30 pm , that you could not really enjoy it. Our room had a view of heating and air conditioning vents. I would like to have been informed of this prior to accepting the room and given another option. Really stretching to find something negative but the chairs in the bar could have been more comfortable. Nothing. NO free internet/WiFi on the rooms? Come on, it is 2013 ppl! And... staying in room 1757, the whole evening night I hear a lot of (elevator?) noise. On our last day there was a long line to be seated for the breakfast buffet (30 min wait). They needed more wait and bus staff to accommodate! There was also a long wait to pick up your car from valet. Wish we had self parked, would've been cheaper and shorter wait. Our room was located at the far corner of the building from the elevators. Quite a hike... Should be free wi-fi in the guest rooms. I didn't like that there was no meal or drinks included with the purchase. Ended up having to get 2 double beds when we thought we were garenteed one king size Check in/ baggage drop was lengthy. Kind of noisy. Not any other parking except valet. Beds were too soft. gift shop hours and size , closed often for lunch breaks etc. When I checked in I ordered the wine and cheese snack. It did not come. Went to the Cardinals game came back and it still was not delivered to the room. I called the front desk. They said they would send it right up . an hour passed and it was after midnight so I cancelled and asked for points. bed was not very comfortable. The rooms were really small! No hair dryer in room. No vents in bathrooms. Elevators were not close to our room. Walked all around to get to our room. Cost - did not provide military discount upon check- in - no meals included with price. No continental breakfast Pool could be bigger Solicitors outside the hotel doirs were bothersome. Same room that would have class $100 the week before. Registration guy was rude. Hotel not worth the price at all. Parking was expensive as well. Would choose the Drury over this one anytime. Will never stay again. For 250.00 you get a bed and a crappy bathroom. its first time ever I had to pay for parking at the hotel over 20 dol per night!!!!!!they add it to the bill at the end, if you use valet parking its 27 dol plus tax!! self parking 18 dol plus tax per night!!! way to much and like I said earlier I have never paid for parking at hotel before. The parking situation is terrible. I was also mislead about the price of parking. When I booked the hotel, I was under the impression that parking would cost $14.00. When I arrived, I was told parking would be $18.00. This was very displeasing. Also, the hotel was overbooked and I had to park in a garage that was blocks away from the hotel due to their error. I will never stay at this hotel when I visit Saint Louis. The woman manager/ receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. Authorized my card that we didn't even use! Wouldn't let me check in without my card present so we used my friends. But still put a hold on my funds! Ridiculous. Never again!.
