I booked this hotel when i had family that came to visit. It was a great hotel with great location. It's right off of the freeway, very close to downtown and right next to the river. Customer services were excellent. Staff were very nice and accommodative. The rooms were very clean and spacious, extra living room area with a nice couch that allowed my family and friends to come visit, sit down and chat. I love the free continental breakfast and free wifi. I was very pleased with my stay here.
所有评语 » It was a nice trip with large comfortable rooms, I was glad the location had free wifi that actually worked. Also the hotel was kind enough to open the breakfast room at four in the morning to accomadate an early flight that I had to catch. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Cost,cleanliness, facilities,nearness to Amtrak,restaurants (Grill Master) breakfast and room size with fridge, coffee making, sitting area separate to bed and bathroom. Best stay so far. The staff were very couteous and made me feel very comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent and go out of their way to make sure you have clean linens and a nice clean room. The atmosphere very peaceful. The rooms very comfortable and well decorated. Most of all it was very very clean. The continental breakfast room very nice and inviting. With one exception the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman working at night. hotel is a good value,especially using letsbookhotel.com. had a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpful.the free internet helped me stay connected. the hotel was busy but quiet and peaceful at the same time. Remarkably low price for a motel that compares well to any other three-star. Older building but well-maintained and very clean, and very cooperative staff. Location was great with downtown 1 mile away... & I felt like the place was secure/safe from some of the rif-raf that was near by. I liked that the room had a little sitting area and was bigger than the average motel room. I like the price,location it's close to Discovery Park and restaurants and bus station. Comfort of bed, size of room, offered in-room coffee, refri. and micro-wave, quiet. Excellent value. Everything we needed was provided and we enjoyed our stay. The cute girls at the desk,location, the breakfast everything works. Friendly and helpful staff Good ratio of price/value. Friendly helpful staff and amenities clean / tidy. Very accommodating staff,clean rooms. No freeway noise in the room. Convenience. The room was clean and since it was a "suite" it was bigger that most hotel rooms. Nice to have a fridge and microwave both in the room. Close to Discovery Park where we were spending time with family on the rivers. It was a bit far from downtown Sacramento, however it was right beside the bus station which was convenient for me. The breakfast was lovely, much better than your average continental. refrigerator and microwave is a plus room was big enough for 3 adults great to have a little breakfast for early departure. Spacious room. Friendly reception on arrival. Free WiFi. Value for money. Breakfast included. The price and the bed was comfortable. It was close to old Sac and the airport. Room clean, had everything we needed. Internet did not work well at all. The price was great. The breakfast dining area was set up well. The price is right and it is clean but that is about it. Reasonable rooms and price. The lobby personnel. Location. It was close to the greyhound station and a few places to eat. Big room with living room. Cheap Location. Nice rooms. low cost. I like the Staff,the room set up. There was not much to like. Nothing. That we weren't staying longer. No complaints. There was nothing I did not like. Weak wi-fi signal in some parts; some furniture in suite showing age. Hot Tub/jacuzzi was not working. May need a little more of a mature in age front desk,but that's fixable. Ice marker broken, spa now working, facility in need of repair, location (a lot of homeless people around). Nothing. Everything was fine. n/a. There is a construction area nearby, but we stayed in the hotel just in evenings, so it was not a problem. Nil issues. Charged my card three days before I even checked in. No one told us about the Construction that starts at 8am. The pile driver was so loud there was no way to sleep past that time. microwave didn't work and had to have clerk come up to our room and tinker with it for a one-time nuke. Paper and plastic breakfast utilities. The furniture was outdated. And the breakfast was frozen waffles, package pastries and rotten fruit. Location was not too convenient to restaurants. Had to get back in the car and drive 5 or so miles to have dinner. Very noisy road with big trucks right next to our room. The décor in the rooms could be updated. The pillows were beyond flat and they should not advertise they offer breakfast. Horrible!!. Very poor receptionist. Not at all friendly and seemed not to know we were coming despite it being booked ages ago. After a journey not great. Location is not the best bit of town and does have some homeless around area. We then drove a further 20 mins in evening to get to a restaurant. The house keeping staff. It was no longer a Super 8 but now Executive Inn, no sign, so difficult to find. Seriously needs refurbishing. Skimpy breakfast, old fruit, etc. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all and wasn't welcoming or inviting and almost seemed bothered by me staying at their establishment. The water of shower is too small. It leak via lower faucet. Bed was terrible Hot/Cold water labels backwards Key stopped working Could hear everything/ thin walls Smelled weird, of sadness Some lights automatically shut off. Traffic noise Location No wifi in room. bathroom was dirty room lighting - was very dim - low wattage bulbs room and elevator smelled musty free breakfast was minimal - coffee and toast - basic ok but very basic desk did nto supply wifi password and was too late to call and ask for it. Got charged double and still haven't got refunded yet, even after 3 days. Breakfast is very minimal. Well I arrived and they tried to double bill me on my card, Then I discovered they had shut down the hot tub, the maids did not speak English so could not meet you'r needs, The breakfast was way sub standard very poor I would not even eat their, the location was full of homeless folks lol other than that is was fine. Everything. The front desk staff during the day is not so customer friendly. so noisy, could not sleep. Staffwas rudde. The construction going on. The jacuzzi was not working. The homeless people and crack heads coming around.
