  I loved the decor inside! Very modern, and cozy, with a great taste in design! I've never been in a hotel that had such great interior design! Everything was just "easy" for us which made the experience so great! Loved the decor, the large glass shower, the refrigerator, and the tv on a disk that rotated toward either the sofa or the king size bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

  It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

  Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we take care of guests attitude is a plus in my book. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well- stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was top-notch.

  Price was reasonable. Breakfast, though not remarkable, was very convenient and enjoyed by the kids. Felt safe there. Convenient to O'hare. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 for us an our adult child, and another room for or son's family. We were told the hotel was quite full, but after a couple of minutes, they were able to get us a room only 2 doors apart from each other - Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.
