  Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Numerous flights were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room. The bw staff did a great job finding rooms. - the staff was most helpful and cordial.the facilities were immaculate and most comfortable, along with being very quiet.

  The matress on our bed was so comfortable that we actually asked at the front desk how we could get one for at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was fantastic.   All of the above. Plus, when my 8 year old grandson and I arrived we were amazed at how luxurious the hotel was. Our suite had a beautiful view and was close to shopping and other child adventures. The small refrigerator is not full of their things to buy so you can put your own beer or soda in it.
