  Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Numerous flights were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room.   The matress on our bed was so comfortable that we actually asked at the front desk how we could get one for at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was fantastic.   Love the Hyatt king size bed - The manager was very nice we got there at three and didn't get to check in til almost five. But the manager got us drinks on the house for waiting. Rooms were clean and quiet.
