The room was clean and quiet the whole evening and night. Overall it was very quiet. I have spent more for rooms before and received less. Beds were nice. good bed, nice room, good shower. good quality/ price value. nice staff. no breakfast, no problem, uphill near frontdesk is fine restaurant. Very affordable the rooms looked recently remodeled. Very clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Well furnished room, quiet, excellent parking. Friendly people, clean rooms, comfortable . Close to airport, friendly helpful staff. very comfy and newly renovated. Closeness to the Pittsburgh Airport, easy access to interstate, loads of places to dine to include a nice mall closely. The staff was friendly and nice. The location is very good and easy to find. Layout was fine. Liked the hardwood floors. the bed, the tv, the cleanliness. Very nice rooms. clean remodeled rooms. The bed quality. I will never go to a Red Roof again. Leaving. Did not like the size of bathroom. Very small, Hardly any room to turn or even get dressed. The wireless internet was a very low signal. I ended up having my own hot spot signal to work. Was not happy about that. nothing. No refrigerator or coffee maker or iron small things make a big difference. Size of bathroom and lack of soda or snack machines. Toilet lid would not stay up by itself - tank cover made it fall constantly. The wi-fi. Had to re-login every 5 minutes. The connection wouldn't maintain. This was true with my laptop and my tablet. You need to make it that one login will continue for longer periods than my experience at the hotel during my stay. Airport shuttle didn't run early enough for my flight!. no kleenex in the room. Small room, basic amenities, could have been cleaner, toilet leaked and made noises most of the night. You have to pay for the wifi and the wifi is very slow and the payment just covers one device so you cannot connect more then one unless you pay more. My first room smelled like an ashtray, even though there are signs everywhere claiming "100% Smoke Free". Changed rooms and the second one had an odor like bad feet, but I had no choice. When I booked the room, a big deciding factor was the pay then you check out feature, which Red Roof apparently does not participate in. room size, no coffee in room, no frig in room. the air cond. was cold and then not- it also was not dry, the room seemed to be very humid - even when the air was on. The dog that was barking for three hours non stop. Not very many channels on the tv. Coffee pot leaked all over counter. internet out of work; breakfast was a joke: just coffee in the lobby; motel. The shuttle service to the airport. Staff was short and unhelpful Bed was broken down. Sink was dirty. Shower water pressure was terrible. Enough said. Did not honor price. Said it was my fault. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Non-smoking facility? The smoke in the office was thick. The room reeked of smoke. Passed hookers in the hall. Cops were there twice. The noise level was horrific! Heater blew cold air until we unplugged it. Water temp changed 10 times during a shower. Worst motel ever!!! And waaayyyy too expensive for a total dive. We will tell everybody we know not to stay at a Red Roof Inn.
