The facility was very clean, friendly and very helpful staff and the rooms were very cozy. The bed could have been somewhat softer but overall everything was fantastic. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Amenities were nice and more than we needed. Beds comfortable and room temp easy to control. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful; the room was lovely and clean; the bed and pillows were comfortable.
