The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed here for the labor day weekend. There were a lot of guests because of the rib cook off and burning man. The parking lot was crowded in the front but pretty clear in back. There's a lake behind it with a short walk to a public swimming area with life guards on duty. The casino was nice. If you are on a tight budget or you want quick good food check out the 2nd street deli inside the casino. You can use the $5 rewards points towards your meal. .
所有评语 » Rooms are very clean and nice. Easy access to rooms, lots of parking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Very nice restaurant, very nice staff and great value for your meals. They serve lots of food, specials are usually $5.95 including salad, main course and dessert. I really liked the marina which was next door. The restaurants in the casino were really good and reasonable. We will be back. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our wait staff at the restaurant was excellent, courteous, and swift. Nothing but good things to say. They accomodated my disability by exchanging a 2nd floor room at far end of elevator, for a 1st floor room. When I called front desk about tv they immediately sent a service man who exchanged the tv. I appreciated the air purifiers throughout the club. We mentioned a clogged drain and it was fixed that day--efficient service! And I requested a certain area of the hotel because of my special needs son, and they accommodated that request easily. I appreciated that too. Tiffany was great. I asked her for more towels then blankets and she got them immediately. I really appreciated her attention to my requests. Please let the necessary people know how much I appreciated Tiffany. I appreciate the place was very clean and I like the idea of having the casino separated from the rooms. Excellent food options and we enjoyed the proximity to the lake and also the free internet connection. Right from the start...check in , rooms with view of the Marina , service in the restaurant and quality of the food and service. Our daily walks around the marina to clear our heads.The easy checkout. The price was the best for any room we have rented for several years. The location is convenient. The accommodation's were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The best beds we slept on during our trip. The bed was super comfy!! My boyfriend had a 2 day tournament he slept well during his break between games. The fridge was perfect size to hold his waters,energy drinks and beer. :). Convenient location to Reno Air Races. Proximity to Sparks Marina was a plus. Accommodation affordable. Cheap, but good breakfast. Casino separate from room entrance. Quiet. the 24 hrs Restaurant was for us a very good. good food good service and good prices the menu was well assorted of selections, the casino and hotel stuff was very frienly thank . I stayed at this holel many years ago and it has really been remodeled and everything about it lookes really nice and fresh and I like the security upon entering the hotel area. The room was large and clean. The bed very comfortable. The steak house is a 5 star rating! The slots were fun and $3 blackjack tables were great! SportsBook was good too. I enjoyed the room and all the restaurants especially the steak house. The casino employees where really nice. This is the first time I filled out the comment card. The rooms were clean and spacious. We liked the fact that the rooms were separate from the casino. It was quiet. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The water view...ability to view parking lot from our room and keep an eye on our motocycles. Rooms were spacy and comterable. Best thing was the rates!. The warm and friendly staff at the casino and restaurants...felt like the good old days...a little bit like Cal/Neva Casino at Tahoe..we will return !!!. I liked every thing staff was friendly help full and the bar tender remember us and knew what we were having to drink. Loved the our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Casino was very good. Burrito we had from the Deli was excellent. We will definitely stay there again. Clean rooms, quite area, inexpensive and good food and most important friendly employees. Plan to stay there again. Friendly staff, great food, close to my Dr. office. I would stay again. Oh and I loved the view of the marina. pet friendly hotel, a nice park / beach just next to the hotel, very short distance to reno downtown. Everything was good as far as room with one exception. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Very nice rooms, excellent food, friendly atmosphere and most importantly...AFFORDABLE!! Loved It!!!. My husband accidentally left his cell phone at a slot machine, and an honest person turned it in!!. Easy access, very comfortable, Pancho and Willies has great food at very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly the restaurant had the best French fries. The room was very clean. The bed was a 10 and my room was spacious in very clean. The TV has excellent picture. Location is great for people who like to walk and relax in a waterfront area. Almost everything--room, location, view,restaurants, shopping, and staff. Easy location, nice room, comfortable, excellent restaurant, pretty view. close to convention site, easy access to major highway, QUIET room. over looking marina was nice. Have a refrigerator was great. Room, Casino, and restaurants are all nice. We will return. I have sleep apnea and use a cpap, the plug was behind the bed in the middle. It was hard to get to. I wish I had asked for an extension cord, though I hate having a cord running across the room. The tv in the room didnt work properly, it flashed. The white lines in the parking lot need refreshing, they make the place look run down. They use to give food coupons, now you have to "earn" them with points. A microwave in the room would have been great. A microwave oven would have helped me a lot because it was a challenge to find ways to heat food for my baby. Smoke in the Casino. We still enjoyed paying the slots but had to move around when smokers say next to us. The room didnt have a microwave. When budget traveling a microwave is nice to have to heat left overs. The Cafe at the casino had delicious food we couldnt box our left overs cause we had no where to heat it. Our room overlooked the awning at one of the entrances. Smoking allowed in casino where we had to traverse to check in and go to breakfast. There was no microwave, although the fridge was nice and we had a coffee maker. The room had a wall in back of it instead of a view. It snowed while we there, but we couldn't see it :(. I had one employee at the front desk that didn't wait on me . I asked him a question and he acted like I was bothering very rude. I wish I got his name. This is the first time I filled out the comment card. We had no-smoking room, but guests were allowed to smoke in an area just as you get off the elevator. You could smell the smoke all the way to the room. My wife is undergoing cancer treatment and is very sensitive to smoke. I think they should have their no-smoking rooms in areas where no one can smoke on the floor at all. The smoke odor in the casino, but we understand that is part of the enviroment. Nothing. I didn't win any money at the casino. lol. We have two rooms, one room have No wifi connection. Lights in the room were so dim it was hard to read. The parking lot which is shared with the casino was always full and we had to search for a place to park. The drinks (we bought 3 at the bar) did not seem "full strength", but they were pretty cheap!. Room was by the entry to the hotel and could hear people coming and going. The shower it was hard to adjust the temp. Bathroom!! Needs some shelves and towel bars. Also a small microwave would be helpfull. Told at front desk we could swim at marina but could not -- hides embarrassed that were laughed at by boaters for trying: hall area could be more welcoming. cramped bathrom area. it would have been nice to have a search / guide function on the TV remote. it would have been wonderful to have a small microwave. Bathroom was very small and did'nt have enough storage space or towel racks. Shower temperature lever was about impossible to regulate. Casino could stay open later. Lacking a swimming pool. no towel bars in the bathroom; bathroom door poor location near bed; shower nozzle way to low and water temperature to hard to control. The parking "sucked". Totally awful and inconvenient. It would be nice if parking for the motel was motel parking and not publicand casino parking. The casino was a bit noisy. Continuous smell of smoke. The room wasn't smelly but everywhere else had that smell. The smell of stale cigarettes. Window looked out to the pigeon pooped awning. The bathroom in our room could use an update. Beds too firm. Wish the place was bigger. room next to ours had their jacuzzi going on the other side of the wall from our bed headboard after 12:00 midnight for two hours. this affected our nights sleep and rest! This should be taken care of in the future!.
