  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

But if our kids were with us, then it would have been a way for them to hang and meet other kids.
