  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

  The suite was perfect for my family of four. It was newly remodeled and had everything you would need, very nice! We will most definitely try and stay there again!   Awesome, Diamond in the Rough! Hotel was very Clean and lovely, staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was more than expected. When checking in the staff asked what time we were checking out and I said 5 AM. She said that she would leave a note for morning crew to start cooking the continental breakfast at 4:30 for us. We would stay here again - The room was very neat and clean. My kids loved the balcony in the lobby. We played board games there. The pool was perfect size, location too. Best of all, the price was great. It was also very close to Smokey Hollow Campground where we were visiting friends.
